Mixing small batches of materials while wearing gloves, goggles and protective clothing which is meant for working with catalyzed products like epoxy coatings. Each batch can contain up to 1 part resin (hardener), 4 parts hardener activator (catalyst) and 5 parts of resin (epoxy).
Mixing both the catalyzed materials and uncatalyzed materials together in a large plastic pail. This will allow for easier clean up later on without having to worry where each batch has been applied or how much has been used individually.
Thoroughly applying this mix onto the concrete area using a squeegee, brush or roller until it is completely filled into all cracks and crevices which might be present as this will ensure that no moisture can enter into them while drying. Ideally, two coats should be applied after which it is allowed to dry for at least 24 hours so that it can fully cure before walking on it again.
